Harrison High School Receives Sportsmanship Award

HARRISON, N.Y. – Harrison High School received the Sportsmanship Promotion Program Award from the New York State Public High School Athletic Association for the 2014-15 season.

This award is conferred by referees and administrators to high schools, their players, coaches and fans in the state of New York who consistently demonstrate exemplary sportsmanship.

The New York State Public High School Athletic Association supports and encourages spectators to enjoy the competition between student-athletes and cheer for their teams in a positive manner. 

Spectators should “Be Loud, Be Proud, Be Positive” toward all players, coaches, officials and spectators.
