Convent Of Sacred Heart Athlete From Harrison Commits To Boston College

GREENWICH, Conn. -- Four student-athletes at the Convent of Sacred Heart in Greenwich made college commitments on National Letter of Intent day on Wednesday.

The students and their colleges and sports are:

  • Emma Novick of New Canaan to Lafayette College for Lacrosse
  • Kirsten Parkinson of Stamford to the University of Virginia for Diving
  • Natalie Puente of Greenwich to the University of California at Los Angeles for Crew
  • Jacqueline Urbinati of Harrison, N.Y., to Boston College for Tennis

Four is a record number of students signing official National Letters of Intent for Sacred Heart, according to athletic director Kelly Stone.

The school hosted an official signing ceremony with school officials, parents, coaches and student-athletes.
