Harrison Falls To Eastchester In Football Opener

HARRISON, N.Y. - The Eastchester High football team traveled to Harrison for the season opener Friday evening, and it was the Eagles who came out on top, earning a 23-6 victory at Harrison's McGillicuddy Stadium.

Eastchester fans had plenty to cheer about Friday night, as the Eagles rolled to a season-opening win over Harrison.

John Arcidiacono ran for 212 yards and and a TD, and John Guido had a pair of rushing TDs for the Eagles, who had over 400 yards on the ground.

Eastchester's defense didn't allow a first down in the second half.

QB Mike Nannariello, RB Zach Evans and the Huskies did some good things, but Harrison was unable to sustain drives against the Eagles defense.
