HARRISON, N.Y. – Award-winning Harrison High School football player Charlie Credendino is headed to Fordham University in the fall to play football, said communications officer Monica Miles in a statement.

Credendino is set to sign his letter of intent at a school ceremony Wednesday, which is known around the country as "National Signing Day," to become a Fordham Ram.

While a Harrison Husky, the offensive and defensive lineman “was voted 1st team All-League, All-Section, and All-State” in 2012, said Miles.

He also was honored by the “Westchester Chapter of the National Football Foundation's Golden Dozen, an award given to students with outstanding athletic accomplishments, academic success and exemplar service to their community,” Miles said.

The “momentous occasion” will take place in the Harrison High School library at 2:45 p.m.
