BRIARCLIFF, NY -- Rain forced the postponement of the Big League Baseball Section 4 Championship schedule Sunday at Briarcliff High School. The three games scheduled for Sunday have been moved to Monday and Mondays schedule has been switched to Tuesday.
Southern Dutchess (District 19) will play Briarcliff in the winners bracket final, Monday, 9 a.m. The winner advances to the final, Tuesday, 11 a.m. If a second game is necessary, it will be played at 3 p.m. Harrison will take on Rockland (District 18), in a losers bracket semifinal at noon. The Harrison-Rockland winner will take on either Southern Dutchess or Briarcliff for a berth in the championship final.
