Marco Angarano and Noah Rosenthal will be honored this Sunday, March 26, at the Holiday Inn Express in Latham, N.Y., during a luncheon ceremony.
There, the boys also will meet Bob McColgan, the state commissioner of Eastern New York Babe Ruth.
The boys were members of the 13-15U Harrison Babe Ruth baseball team that won district and regional championship titles last summer
Angarano's high level of performance including his pitching, contributed to Harrison winning the district/regional championship.
Rosenthal's pitching prowess also sealed the team's winning ways throughout the season and during the playoffs in June and July.
Angarano blasted a 320-foot homer in the semifinal playoffs, sending Harrison to the district championship game against Eastchester in June.
Vincent Corso, 14, pitched an amazing game and secured Harrison a spot at the state tournament.
Marco and Noah, who also are 14, were selected to the All-State Team by the coaches involved in the tournament for their high level of play.
