A motor-vehicle crash that blocked the right lane causing stopped traffic at the scene and heavy backups on a stretch of northbound I-95 before being cleared Sunday evening.
The crash, which occurred at the Port Chester/Greenwich border at Exit 20 (Route 1), was reported at 5:20 p.m.
