Tractor-Trailer Strikes Bridge Support On I-287

A tractor-trailer went off the highway and crashed into a bridge support at the Greenburgh/White Plains border on a stretch of eastbound I-287 Friday morning.

The crash, which initially blocked the right lane, occurred between Exit 4 (Knollwood Road/Route 100A) and Exit 5 (Route 119) around 7 a.m. with the tractor-trailer off on the shoulder and side of the road.
