HARRISON, N.Y. -- Public and private snow-clearing crews were out in force Thursday.
Harrison's town Department of Public Works dispatched bulldozers and dump trucks out along Halstead Avenue to remove the remains of Tuesday's snowfall from Juno.
A couple more inches of snow were forecast overnight into Friday.
Private plows and bulldozers, meanwhile, were piling snow along Oakland Avenue, removing it from Harrison Shopping Center
