HARRISON, N.Y. -- The pre-eminent elder law practice of Lamson & Cutner, P.C., located in midtown Manhattan, announces the opening of a Harrison office.

The address of their Westchester office is 84 Calvert St., next to the Harrison Metro North station.

“The addition of this office is designed to better and more efficiently serve the needs of our firm’s clients from Westchester, Rockland and other Northern New York counties, as well as new clients who may find it more convenient to visit us locally,” said David Cutner, the co-founder of Lamson & Cutner.

“More and more, we are getting referrals and inquiries from these areas and are now able to provide easy access for them,” he said. The office is on the ground floor, and parking is free in the building’s parking lot.

As seniors’ needs for health care and long-term care increase, the firm is poised to assist them with obtaining the care they need, while protecting their assets and income. Without elder law advice and planning, many would find their estate plans ineffectual as the costs of care deplete their money and property, including even the equity in their homes.

Lamson & Cutner is known for its reliable and successful advice and its compassionate personal service. “As people are living longer and the laws are getting more and more complicated, it is hard for seniors and their families to know what to do. Once they have retained our firm and have started the process, many clients express a profound sense of relief,” Cutner said.
