TotalFusion, at 347 Halstead Ave., offers a wide range of unique and engaging classes in a warm, intimate setting, according to an announcement.
Co-founder Dr. Dima Teitelman, a cardiologist, and nearly two dozen fitness professionals created the classes, which include Mind, Strength & Stretch and yoga and barre.
In addition, there is TotalFusion Body, a combination class with a 30-minute cycling class and a 30-minute body strength building class; TotalFusion Rhythm, a dance-inspired class that engages the whole body, adding rhythm sticks to work out arm; and yoga and pilates classes for kids and teens.
“Our mission is to improve our members’ physical fitness level, mental wellness and overall health. Exercise should never be routine," said Teitelman.
