Harrison Organization To Help With Public Speaking

HARRISON, N.Y. – MI Toastmasters, an organization to help people with public speaking, will hold its open house in Harrison on Wednesday starting at 6 p.m.

“Toastmasters strives to hone members’ and guests’ confidence by rewarding, applauding and encouraging in a no-pressure environment,” said a company statement. “Overcome your fears of public speaking, become a more confident communicator and leader.”

The free event is open to everyone and refreshments will be served. There will be guest speakers, evaluations and a chance to network with members of the Toastmasters.
