Drunken Woman Attempts To Enter White Plains Home, Police Say

Police intervention was required at an area home during an early morning incident involving an allegedly drunk woman.

The North Castle Police Department received a complaint from a resident of Washington Avenue in White Plains before 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 22, of a drunken woman who attempted to trespass into the home.

Police said that the caller stated the Hispanic woman was wearing a silver coat, wandering on her property and attempting to get into the residence. Two officers responded to the home, and the woman was arrested for a criminal trespass charge. She was released and scheduled to appear in court to answer the charge at a later date.
