Two Men Caught With Heroin In Ardsley, Greenburgh Police Say A traffic stop in Ardsley resulted in the arrest of two men for possessing 501 glassine envelopes of heroin on Wednesday, Greenburgh Police said.Joseph Raffaelli, a 35-year-old Hawthorne resident, and Nicholas Coploff, a 34-year-old Irvington resident, were charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
